Every health condition can be linked to at least one affected Health Zones of the body.
These health zones can be easily assessed for proper functioning in your initial therapy session, by gentle checking of specific points in the spine.
Knowing what zone is out of alignment can (allow accurate treatment) inform the PNT therapy directly and can lead to system-wide benefits including improvement of the current problem being experienced
Zone 1 – The Glandular Zone
This zone oversees glandular functions throughout the body, impacting:
- Hair, skin, appetite, energy levels, concentration, memory
- Digestion, stomach function, kidneys, thyroid, adrenal glands
- Temper, sleep and relaxation, head glands, sexual organs (uterus, ovaries, prostate), elimination
In short: It's integral to hormone regulation, metabolic balance, mood, sleep, and reproductive health.

Zone 2 – The Eliminative Zone
Responsible for immune and elimination systems, this zone controls:
- Sinuses, mucus, throat, nose, lungs, bronchial tubes
- Toxins, kidneys, small intestines, colon, bowel movements, abdomen
Takeaway: It supports respiratory function, detoxification, digestive elimination,
and immune defense.

Zone 3 – The Nervous System Zone
This zone governs the nervous system, influencing:
- Ears, eyes, nerves, sense organs, nervous regulation of stomach and digestion, solar plexus
- Sleep and relaxation, appetite, elimination, head glands, generative
(reproductive) organs
Key point: It bridges sensory input, digestive regulation, rest, and reproductive/digestive rhythms.

Zone 4 – The Digestive Zone
Dedicated to digestive and metabolic health, affecting:
- Digestion, appetite, intestines, stomach glands, liver, gall bladder
- Weight, bowels, assimilation of nutrients, elimination
Summary: It’s the nexus of metabolism, digestion, and nutrient processing.

Zone 5 – The Muscular Zone
Focused on movement and support, this zone influences:
- Muscles, the neck, arms, chest, abdomen, back, spine
- Muscle tone, strength, suppleness, pelvic region, thighs, walking, feet
- Relaxation, coordination, and mobility
Bottom line: It governs physical strength, posture, coordination, and fluid movement.

Zone 6 – The Circulatory Zone
This zone manages circulation and strength, impacting:
- Heart, blood pressure, blood vessels, circulatory flow
- The back, arms, chest, abdomen, limbs
- Thyroid gland, lymphatic system, lymph vessels, ease of movement, relaxation
In essence: It handles cardiovascular function, tissue perfusion, immune transport, and general vitality.
